The Kelani River at Kithulgala is Sri Lanka's most legendary white water stretch. Fed by the Central Highlands, the river carves through dense rainforest in a series of rapids that have drawn adventurers from around the world for decades. Our 5km run takes you through everything — calm pools, technical manoeuvres, and heart-stopping drops.
